1. Digital Products (Templates, Guides, Downloads)
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once the product has been accessed or delivered.

2. Consulting Services
Payments for consultations are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate a new time.

3. Exceptions
We may consider refunds in limited cases, such as:

• Duplicate purchases

• Technical issues preventing access to the product
